Standard Inspection:  I'll walk the roof, enter the attic and the crawlspace if conditions permit.  I will remove the electrical panel cover, check circuits and receptacles.  I check all systems and all components of the home, heating, cooling, water heater furnace ducts etc..  From the foundation to the roof using all the modern tools and technology.  I follow the State of Oregon Standards of practice for Home Inspectors.  I only inspect one structure per day so I am not in a rush to get to the next appointment.  I usually spend about 8-10 hours on a typical inspection including the report.  I usually meet my Clients at the house after I am finished with the inspection.  I will walk you through the house pointing out major defects and show photos on my laptop of roof, attic and crawlspace defects.  I will send a digital report to your email that evening or the next morning.

Sellers Inspection:  Same as the Standard inspection.  If you're selling your home, let me inspect it before you even list it to advise you if there are any problems or defects with your home so you can address them before a buyer has the home inspected.  ​
